Because of its phenomenal growth over the last twenty years, co-ownership became a more and more complex field of practice for the professionals of the real estate sector.

The Centre has the goal to offer the various stakeholders in co-ownership the opportunity to acquire or improve their basic knowledge of the field and to give them some usefull tools for their practice.  To do so,   Me Christine Gagnon, notary, and Me Yves Papineau, lawyer, want to provide the professionals and the general public with a large choice of trainings adapted or even custom-tailored to their needs.

Some of these courses will be recognized by various professional corporations,  like the Quebec Bar and La Chambre des Notaires du Québec.

The courses started taking place on a regular schedule,  as well as on request,  in various cities of the province of Quebec,  since april 2010.
